The My Transfo do Brasil 2009, held in Rio de Janeiro on 22nd, 23rd and 24th September, repeated and exceeded the success of past editions.

My Transfo, developed in 2002 by Sea Marconi and proposed since 2007 in Brazil with the factual collaboration by Terna Participações, confirmed itself being the main conference on the management of fleets of transformers with insulating liquids in the entire Latin America.

Also this year, the event received a large participation, both in terms of numbers (about 200 enrolments, 19 speakers from 11 different Countries) and in terms of interventions and debates originated during the discussion forums: in fact, the spirit of My Transfo is the exchange of knowhow and experiences among the operators of the sector.

The interest of the participants was very high during the three days, partially thanks to the actuality and the relevance of the topics proposed, but also due to a group of speakers of an absolute excellence, who shared with the audience the latest results of their researches, proposing new solutions and sharing the most emblematic cases from their operational realities.

I wish to extend a public appreciation to all the speakers for the undisputed professionalism and the commendable passion, as well toward the colleagues of Terna Participações engaged in organising the event, making such a success a reality.
