<p>No dia 27 de maio de 2025, realizou-se em Milão, na sede do CEI – Comitê Eletrotécnico Italiano, o seminário técnico:<br />
<strong>“Líquidos dielétricos para transformadores: do óleo mineral, passando pelos PCBs, até os ésteres”</strong>.</p>
<p>A Sea Marconi participou como patrocinadora e com duas apresentações que abordaram <strong>o passado e o futuro da gestão de ativos e riscos em transformadores</strong>.</p>
<p>A primeira apresentação, de <strong>Vander Tumiatti</strong>, tratou da <strong>história e da gestão sustentável dos PCBs</strong>, com foco no prazo regulatório de 31 de dezembro de 2025, que exige a retirada de equipamentos com mais de 50 mg/kg de PCB.</p>
<p>A segunda apresentação, feita por <strong>Giuseppe Pecoraro</strong>, destacou <strong>a importância do fingerprinting</strong> como técnica avançada para identificar com precisão os fluidos isolantes e as respectivas patologias, como a corrosividade.</p>

<p><strong>Resumo da apresentação de Riccardo Maina</strong></p>
<p>Um número crescente de transformadores preenchidos com óleo mineral está sendo submetido ao retrofilling com ésteres naturais. Estes são recomendados apenas para unidades seladas com segregação da atmosfera (IEC 62770). Existem numerosos casos em que esta recomendação é ignorada, resultando em um rápido envelhecimento do fluido e mudanças significativas em suas propriedades químico-físicas. Este documento relata tais casos e procedimentos não invasivos para a segregação do fluido da atmosfera, mesmo para transformadores menores. Métodos otimizados para o retrofilling com ésteres naturais também são descritos.</p>

			<p>Os transformadores elétricos são componentes-chave em qualquer sistema de distribuição elétrica, responsáveis por converter a tensão de um nível para outro (da produção para o uso). Os transformadores para distribuição MT/BT são essencialmente de dois tipos: <strong>de óleo</strong> e <strong>a seco</strong>. Os transformadores de óleo são constituídos por um invólucro metálico que contém óleo mineral, o qual desempenha a função de isolamento elétrico e dissipação de calor, enquanto os transformadores a seco podem ser resfriados a ar ou ter os enrolamentos encapsulados em resina.</p>

			<p>Após mais de 10 anos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, a Sea Marconi lançou uma <strong>inovação absoluta</strong>: <a href="https://seamarconi.com/pt/servicos/smartnosy-rt-monitoramento-do-estado-de-saude-de-transformadores-de-resina/"><strong>Smart Nosy</strong></a>, um serviço de diagnóstico e prognóstico do <strong>estado de saúde dos transformadores em resina</strong>.</p>
<p>Smart Nosy é um serviço que inclui um dispositivo altamente inovador capaz de &#8220;captar o cheiro específico&#8221; que os transformadores em resina emitem quando apresentam <strong>defeitos ou anomalias</strong>. Esses odores, causados por compostos orgânicos voláteis (COVs), são capturados por cartuchos especiais que são analisados no laboratório da Sea Marconi por meio de espectrometria de massa. Os resultados das análises são então examinados junto com os dados coletados em tempo real pelos sensores posicionados nas proximidades do transformador, definindo o quadro diagnóstico do serviço.</p>
<p>Todas essas informações podem ser consultadas em uma plataforma web dedicada que representa um ponto de síntese para monitorar constantemente os &#8220;parâmetros vitais&#8221; dos transformadores em análise.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The EuroDoble is one of the main appointments for the technical updating of the sector in Europe. This year the event was held in <strong>Rome</strong> from 25 to 28 October 2022 on two main topics: Asset Management and Digital Substations.<br />
At the invitation of Doble Sea Marconi had the honor of opening the technical part of the event (keynote speech) tracing the path on what was then the common denominator of the interventions in the Asset management part, namely sustainability. The speech in question was given by Vander Tumiatti (Sea Marconi General partner) on &#8220;Bio and granular economy as sustainable opportunities towards clean energy&#8221;.</p>
<p>In addition to this intervention, Sea Marconi intervened at the Eurodoble with two other speeches:</p>
<ul>
<li>&#8220;Filling New Power Transformers with Insulating Fluid Prior to the First Energization: Best Practices&#8221; held by Eng. Riccardo Actis (technical service manager), and</li>
<li>&#8220;Additives in Natural Ester: Their Efficacy and Degradation Rate Under Thermal Aging Conditions&#8221; held by Riccardo Maina (laboratory manager).</li>
</ul>
<p>The Eurodoble was also an opportunity for Sea Marconi to show the participants 2 absolute novelties: the <a href="https://seamarconi.com/it/?p=115849"><strong>SmartNosy</strong></a> and the <a href="https://seamarconi.com/it/?p=115242"><strong>DGA Experience</strong></a>.<br />
