The first balance sheet presented by our Client EDF after one year from the stipulation of the multi-annual framework agreement for the diagnostic coverage of strategic equipment with insulating liquids present in nuclear, hydro electric and thermal power stations has been concluded positively.
During the audit performed at our headquarters in Collegno, the EDF delegates appreciated the quality of the service offered, the average response delay for the emission of the diagnosis, the operational promptness for emergencies, the instrumental redundancy ensuring the continuity of the service also under failure conditions (hot backup), but, most of all, the professionalism and flexibility we provided in suggesting continuous optimisations and innovations to the service provided.
Sea Marconi demonstrated, once again, the unique qualities of an international technological leader that allow it to serve groups of primary importance at international level:
- forty –year experience with a data bank with over 40,000 electrical equipment analysed and over 120,000 diagnoses issued;
- being an independent party with respect to repair shops, manufacturers of transformers and electrical equipment and producers of insulating liquids
- hort response delays and high quality (certification ISO 9001, IEC 17025, credited SINAL-ILAC for PCBs, PCTs, PCBTs) of the service, anticipating the requirements of the Client;
- advanced laboratory instrumentation, competent and motivated personnel with experience developed also in international normative groups.
