From Brazil arrive an order for an oil treatment plant for corrosive sulfur contamination

Among the interesting outlooks at the end of 2013 there is the acquisition of an important order issued by the Brazilian TAESA, one of the largest groups for the transmission of electric power in Brazil.

The subject of the sale is a containerised mobile unit (DMU) capable of performing an integrated treatment of the oil and transformers contaminated by corrosive sulfur, with a flow capacity of 5,000 l/h.

This is the second unit acquired, joining the one purchased in 2009 by Terna Participações. This order shows the capability ad faith shown toward Sea Marconi able to offer a reliable product, turn-key, validated also by ANEEL (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica), the national agency regulating electric power in Brazil.

TAESA found in Sea Marconi a counterpart able to:

  •  develop a product (the decontamination mobile unit – DMU) with an extremely scrupulous attention to the details, typical of the “made in Italy”,
  • ensure also the education of local personnel,
  • provide operational methodologies validated and supported by an large case history,
  • ensure a constant service also after sales.
