The agreement between Sea Marconi and EDF continues, since, thanks to the brilliant results obtained by our technology CDP Process) for the dehalogenation of transformers with PCBs, the current exclusive agreement already in effect for over three years has been renewed.
CDP Process by Sea Marconi, is the only technology operating in continuous, closed-loop mode, without draining even partially the transformer that, besides decontaminating the oil bringing it to optimised operating conditions (in compliance with IEC 60422 Ed. 3 2005) provides also a “cleaning” of the particulate deposited at the bottom and on the insulating papers.
Sea Marconi, thanks to its CDP Process, ensures to the main operators at international level the best available technique (BAT) for the decontamination of transformers with insulating liquids in operation.
At the end of the intervention, the results obtained are certified by diagnostic tests (Deosvision) and SINAL-ILAC credited tests for PCBs, PCTs, PCBTs in compliance with standards IEC 60422 Ed. 3 2005 for the chemical and physical parameters and EN 50503, EN 12766-3:2004, UNI EN 12766-3:2005 with the indication of the measurement uncertainty for each test.
